Technical Features
- Self-adhesive silicone chamber with 3 wells mounted on a standard 1 mm glass slide
- Cells grow on a standard 1 mm glass slide (may require coating to promote cell attachment)
- Non-fluorescent glass slide with frosted ends for easy handling and labeling
- Gasket made out of fully biocompatible silicone material
- No cell transfer needed prior to staining and imaging
- Easy removal of the chambered silicone gasket (e.g., for high-throughput stainings)
- Suitable for use with upright and inverted microscopes after mounting with Coverslips for Chamber Slides, removable
- Compatible with all standard mounting media (e.g., ibidi Mounting Medium or ibidi Mounting Medium With DAPI)
- Optional: the chambered gasket may be transferred to any flat, clean surface for cell cultivation
