Besides providing a wide range of equipment, accessories and consumables; PTC offers comprehensive and value-added services to our customers such as system integration, installation, commissioning, training, operation and maintenance as well as project management. In addition, PTC also supplies interactive web interfaces enabling data to be loaded directly onto customers’ internet and subsequently comprehensive data reports.
The product-service integration provides our customers the options and flexibility of purchasing equipment, services or just data from PTC. For the last option, PTC continues to own the monitoring equipment and takes responsibility for its operation while customers purchase data that the company provides. The service is designed to comply fully with the local regulatory authority requirements for valid data capture.
